Anouville was established in 2015 and is led by Rene Diaz de Villegas and Ray Martinez, who came together with a combined 40+ years of construction experience in South Florida. Together, they’ve built a diverse portfolio including projects in both the private and public sector and a range of high profile projects from custom luxury homes, to commercial interior build outs, new commercial construction, historical restorations, and educational facilities.

Anouville was created in 2015 by Rene; the company qualifier and licensed Florida General Contractor with over 21 years of industry experience in Florida.
Led by Rene, Anouville brings together a dynamic group of experts (employees, subcontractors, consultants) that continually sculpt the evolving canvas of South Florida’s landscape, from the Florida Keys to Fort Myers and the Palm Beaches.
Rene’s construction experience and knowledge stem from working on projects such as: Miami-Dade County public schools, industrial park construction, high-rise condominiums, commercial retail, hotels, and custom luxury homes. His strategic direction allows Anouville to build competitively/efficiently and maintain critical path schedules throughout construction, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and within budget.
For Rene, bringing his clients’ vision to life is his passion and by working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, Anouville is able to provide a superior product that exceeds all expectations.

Ray Martinez
Vice-President
Ray Martinez is the Vice-President of Anouville Consulting and Construction, LLC. and a licensed Florida General Contractor.
Ray has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Florida building code and construction project management. As the VP of construction, Ray oversees all projects and seeks high standards and quality execution every day.
Ray and Rene have collaborated for several years, starting with the renovation of the Vagabond Motel and Restaurant project in 2013; a complete historical renovation and modernization of one of Miami’s most iconic motels. The restoration of this 1950’s building catalyzed a movement in the area now known as the MIMO District and spawned the revitalization of North Miami and the Biscayne corridor.
